This cream has changed so much for me. In the past i would struggle a bit to play as much golf as i wanted. Now, when using the cream it is no longer an issue. I was a little apprehensive about trying them. However they have been very effective and have increased the amount and quality of sleep. I have gone from having 2 to 3 hours to 7 to 8 hours.
