HOW DO I USE A CBD PATCH?

Simply apply one discreet CBD patch (they're transparent, thin and approx. 3cm on each side) to a relatively hair-free area of skin. The inner wrist is a popular choice, but you could place the patch on your arm, lower-back, thigh, shoulder or anywhere you find convenient.

Once applied, the CBD patch is activated by your body heat. Remove the patch after 24 hours, any residue can be washed off with soapy water or a little baby oil or balm. Apply a new CBD patch to a different area of skin.

When using a CBD patch for pain, we recommend starting with a single patch daily but you can use up to 4 patches per day. Patches can be used with other LM BARE ESSENTIALS products such as our Sleep Patches.
